Our Chef

Cristian Previ and his team at Nº19 Restaurant have produced a world of flavours and influences, this together with the finest local ingredients created a modern Irish dining experience like no other.

Our Dishes

The main courses focus on delicately charcoal-grilled meats and fish.

Guests can choose from a variety of different cuts from our In-house Dry Ager fridges of Steak alongside the best quality local, lamb, pork and poultry.

Also highlighting the best seafood and seasonal vegetables we can lay our hands-on. Simplicity is key along with respecting the ingredients we use.

Techniques such as dry ageing and charcoal grilling allow the produce to shine.

Every evening enjoy the candlelit atmosphere featuring great wines from around the world and unique culinary delights.

We loved our visit to no 19, great food and wine. Love charcoal cooking so this was perfect. We sat outside which was brilliant for a nice hot day. We hope to visit again to try the steaks, they look incredible

I LOVE this restaurant, and you will too. Chili garlic prawns and striploin steak on the bone are to die for. The finest piece of beef I've ever had in my life. If you're in Kinsale, plan your next romantic dinner.

We were a large party 16 people, the food was absolutely outstanding and enjoyed by everyone. Service was excellent and the room had a wonderful atmosphere as well as the lovely outdoor area we enjoyed our deserts in. Staff were so accommodating with us from the moment we booked. Definitely recommend,, great place for large group.

An incredibly authentic, cool, and cozy place. We felt like we had been transported back in time yet had all of the best of modern day comforts. The food was absolutely outstanding, the service, amazing and again let me tell it for those at the back of the room, the atmosphere just brought it all home. You MUST MUST MUST check this place out to get a real feel for Kinsale hospitality!!!

We came here while on vacation from the US- the location was great, and the building was really cool, with the high walls and ceiling. The food was amazing- we got the garlic butter and olive snack, tomato fondue, and then one of us got the rack of lamb and the other a steak. We also got a side of green beans. Everything was phenomenal! The waitress was kind and attentive, and told us of the history of the building. We felt very welcome and would definitely come again!
